Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on crotchless lingerie and bodysuits & teddies unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color from our collections like our DAYFLEX or FULL LENGTH LEGGINGS:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You will be responsible for any price differences
- Shipping costs for the new item will apply
Damaged or Defective Items
If your BLACK LEGGINGS Y or other premium activewear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Final Sale Items
Certain promotional items or clearance products may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
